Simon directed the Dress Circle Benefit Gala at Her Majesty's Theatre in London's West End in August 2011. Produced by Stuart Matthew Price and James Yeoburn, the show featured an array of West End and Broadway stars along with an orchestra of 33 conducted by Simon Lee.

The show has been nominated for Theatrical Event of the Year by both Whatsonstage.com and Broadwayworld.com.
